Ben Crum is the president of Architectural Security Design Group, specializing in a holistic design approach incorporating security principles into architectural projects. Holding certifications in physical security and CPTED Professional Designation, he is an NFPA 3000 Program Specialist and renowned as a security specialist. Crum actively contributes to various organizations, serving on the Advisory Council for the Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS), ASIS International’s School Safety & Security Council, and as a director for the US CPTED Association.
Beyond his security expertise, Crum is a registered architect with an NCARB certification and previously served as the director of design for a multi-office architectural firm. With over 15 years of experience across educational, commercial, and multifamily housing, and development projects, he brings diverse experience to every venture he undertakes.
