Kasia Hanson leads Security Ecosystem Development and Partnerships at Intel, shaping security technology and strategy & initiatives within Intel’s Security Center of Excellence. She has over two decades years of experience driving technology, security convergence, security and digital transformation across Edge, IoT/OT, and AI, plus six years of experience in school safety. Hanson’s background in security and technology drives business outcomes from data protection to physical infrastructure protection.
She actively contributes to industry advancement and DEI initiatives, has chaired the Security Industry Association Women in Security Forum, and is an active member of several committees. In 2024, she was named a Top 40 Influencer for the Life Safety Alliance. She’s earned the 2022 SIA Progress Award, has been recognized three times as a Women in Security Power 100 honoree and was named the 2023 IIFX Women Innovator Award in Sports. Additionally, she holds the title of Distinguished Fellow for the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience in Sports (IIFX) and was named a top cybersecurity female in 2023 by Top Cyber Magazine.
