Joseph Pangaro, a retired police lieutenant from New Jersey, boasts a distinguished law enforcement and public safety career. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Certified Public Manager (CPM). Lt. Pangaro served on the police force for 27 years before becoming the director of School Safety and Security for a prominent school district in central New Jersey from 2013 to 2018. During his tenure, he transformed safety protocols, improved physical security, and implemented comprehensive training programs for students and staff.
Lt. Pangaro is currently the chief security officer (CSO) and director of Security Consulting, Threat Assessments, and Security Training for the Integra Services company of New York. Integra Services provides a full range of safety and security programs to everyone across the USA. Lt. Pangaro is a national speaker, presenter, columnist, and author on all topics of safety and security throughout the country.
Lt. Pangaro also provides training for law enforcement officers across America through his own company, Pangaro Training.

Lt. Pangaro is an award winning columnist and author. He writes for the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin, The Blue Magazine, and Autism Parenting Magazine and is the author of two books from Blue360Media.com, “The Interview” and “The Investigation,” as well as the self-published book “The Dangers, Health Risks, and Consequences of Vaping,” available from Amazon.

Joseph Pangaro and Integra Services are PASS K-12 members, and he is on Campus Safety magazine’s board of experts and the board of directors for the New Jersey Narcotics Enforcement Officers Association (NJNEOA). He is also a member of ATAP (Association of Threat Assessment Professionals).
